This course presents an overview of the SICOM Digital Menu Board Portal, highlighting Digital Menu Board content and update configuration with price Integration through your SICOM or Micros POS. Approximately 30 minutes.

This session covers the setup, creating and modifying schedules. Participants will gain a basic understanding of the Labor Scheduler and will be able to begin using the program once configured. Approximately 1 hour.

This course presents an overview of the SICOM Management 2.0 version of software, highlighting the newer features, navigation and configuration options of the software. This class is intended for POS System Administrators and Franchisees. Approximately 2 hours. All Restaurant Managers should register for our Basic Manager Training classes.

This course focuses on the Formula Editor within the Custom Report Writer, where users create their own personalized formulas leveraging more than 1000 data points within the SEMS database. Approximately 2 hours.

This course provides a more in depth look at building a SEMS export file to be integrated with your QuickBooks accounting package. Prerequisite is attendance of the CRW 1, 2 & 3 classes. Approximately 2 hours.
